We designed Phanfare as a combination of downloadable client and web-based album viewing because we believe that to provide a truly immersive experience organizing your media, a web browser just won’t cut it. But we are not parochial about only allowing customers to organize their photos and videos via the downloadable client. Every technology has its place.

For example, ever need to make a few quick changes to your Phanfare albums but you are somewhere where you don’t have your computer, and you can’t download the Phanfare client? Now you can manage your Phanfare albums from the web, from any computer, without using Phanfare software! Just go to:

Login with your Phanfare username and password, and voila… You can upload pictures, make changes in your albums, and do many of the things you could only do before on your own computer running the Phanfare client software. MyPhanfare is not a full-feature replacement for the downloadable versions of Phanfare. For example, you can’t edit photos. At least not yet. We will continue to add features to MyPhanfare, but even in its initial version, it handles many of Phanfare’s most important tasks including organization, uploading and management.
